O-Daddy’s Sandwiches was established in 2024, reviving the cherished legacy of Daddy O’s, a sandwich concept originally launched in 2007 by David Davis and his sister Toni. The original Daddy O’s focused on delivering high-quality, hearty sandwiches that were both flavorful and generously portioned. Tragically, Toni was diagnosed with cancer, leading David to make the difficult decision to close Daddy O’s to prioritize family and other business commitments.
In honor of the original concept, David Davis, along with his son Michael and daughter-in- law Kristal, resurrected the idea as O-Daddy’s Brick Oven Sandwiches. This new venture elevates the traditional sandwich experience by incorporating a state-of-the-art brick oven, offering unparalleled flavor and a unique dining experience. The brick oven not only enhances the taste of our sandwiches but also complements our signature colossal baked potatoes and a diverse selection of 12 tea flavors.
